Product Usage：
YH-200PY flat UV machine is mainly used for the curing of printed UV ink on various surfaces such as bottles and cylindrical articles. It can also be used for the curing on flat surfaces after the light irradiation angle adjustment.
Sealed structure and conveyor transmission are adopted in this machine. Moreover, semi-scale light (3.6kw) or full-scale light (5kw) can used, or conveyor speed/distance between substrate and UV light can be adjusted according to the size and material of substrate in use so as to optimize the curing result.
Heat in the chamber can be well let out through the excellent exhaust system at any time so that the lifetime of UV lamp can be lengthened

Operation Method:
Turn on the power and start the conveyor, use the speed controller to achieve proper speed.
Press the UV START button to light the UV lamp, and it starts reating. Before reading finished, fan dose not work, and lamp power not switchblade.
When reading finished, fan start to discharge heat. Lamp start to work at preset power level; the light ness is adjustable according to the requirement of the object.
The total power of the UV system is 5KW.when press UV start, it works at full power and full light, When switch to half light, it works at half power (3.6KW). When press UV STOP, the power and lamp off.
